The Dodge Charger has recently been displayed in it’s pre-production form, where it appears to look so similar to the Daytona SRT concept. There are a couple of photos of the next-generation Charger throughout the Internet, while showing a good look at the coupe’s front end and body sides. Interestingly enough, the Charger in 2025 is also going to come from an electric powertrain and a gas-fed engine.
The V-8 powered Dodge Charger is a thing of the past. But here comes e-Muscle cars! And they’re going to take over the streets.
Dodge has made it as clear as possible that they don’t want anyone recording on cameras or other recording devices. The pre-production model, as it should be clear, will have a more photo-ready in late 2024.
From the photos visible, a gray version of the car shows it in the parking lot. From there, the production model has a similar style that was relevant to the Dodge Charger Daytona SRT that had been visible in the public eye back in 2022.
The Charger shows off an illuminated Fratzog logo within the space between the headlights, proper situated on each side of the “R-Wing” as it’s specifically the name that Dodge had given to the front of the concept car that had been previously inspired by the tall wing that was upon the original 1969 Charger Daytona.
All of the photos show a look at the fresh Charger’s staggered-width tires. There’s likely a charge port or gas tank filler on the driver’s side.
The Dodge Charger utilizes an electric powertrain with all-wheel drive and even an 800-volt architecture with a Hurricane twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six to spare. They’re definitely pretty well-equipped to hit the roads with high-speed results. You would totally be in good company to have this car as you speed down the freeway.
